Did a nice job on my brakes

The work I had done appears to be excellent. The staff and mechanic let me know what needed to happen and a good estimate on the time required. My truck was left clean. I got a chance to use my GM Card rewards points to save some money.

Everything was as expected. My car was done and waiting for me to pick up after work.

A few months ago we had a problem arise with our traverse at 9:30 pm on a Wednesday, my daughter had an appointment in Pittsburgh early the next morning. Bill met us at Crotty’s and gave us a rental vehicle that night so we I could make it to the appointment. A+ customer service.
