Did a nice job on my brakes

The work I had done appears to be excellent. The staff and mechanic let me know what needed to happen and a good estimate on the time required. My truck was left clean. I got a chance to use my GM Card rewards points to save some money.

Everything was as expected. My car was done and waiting for me to pick up after work.

Bill Mitchell and Crotty Chevrolet are the best. We have purchased many vehicles from Crotty’s and the service is always top notch. A few months ago we had a problem arise with our traverse at 9:30 pm on a Wednesday, my daughter had an appointment in Pittsburgh early the next morning. Bill met us at Crotty’s and gave us a rental vehicle that night so we I could make it to the appointment. A+ customer service.
